+ -1 moreAll Brands Window Service and Glass 941-484-3037. I just used these people for a second or third time over 11 years and I can't say enough positive things about them. Lisa and Wayne, owners, were on time, professional, and extremely kind. I am moving and needed things done to satisfy an inspection report, they did everything to perfection.
Description of Work: Springs replaced, locks adjusted.

+ 0 moreVery seldom do I write a review for services due to mediocre performance BUT I was so impressed by this company that I believe they deserve a "shout out" for their work. Beginning with my first contact with Lisa Lane, my impression was that I was in good hands for my project. Appointments were scheduled and completed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Both Lisa and Wayne are incredibly good people that take pride in their work in a time when quality service has gone the way of the dinosaurs. What a pleasure to have met them and worked with them!

+ -1 moreEveryone was nice enough, but their pricing is very high. $100 a door and $83 for labor. And as I understand from a handyman who was doing other work for us, basically $15 to $25 would be closer to the actual parts cost. They only brought parts for 1 door and had to come back the next day to finish the job.

+ -1 moreI had a great experience with them from the beginning. Lisa was very cordial and helpful on the phone. Wayne came out a few days later, and I thought he was just going to give a bid to repair the windows, but he came ready to work and started right at it. He examined all of the windows in my house and fixed what was necessary. He didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need - I told him it was a rental house and I was working within a budget. I would definitely use them again - very honest, competent people.

Description of Work: I have 50's style awning windows and one had a broken mechanism so it wouldn't open and close tightly. Wayne replaced the mechanism and it works beautifully. He's also making a screen for window that was missing one, and ordering and going to replace some missing clips that hold the screens in place.
