The head rail of my verticals was picked up, the cord was replaced with a better quality, delivered, and all vanes were replaced. He did charge $10 more than quoted, but I felt it was reasonable. I am very satisfied.

I asked to have a Roman shade repaired. I was told it would be picked up for repair. When I heard nothing, I called again and it was picked up. It was returned without being repaired. The tech attempted to make it hang straight using zip ties. When I asked him to stop, he kept on going. It was too dark to see at this point because it was so late. The tech said he would research the shade and get back to me. That was nearly a month ago.
