Jet was very thorough. he spent 5 hours going over the entire property. Checked out every inch including the attic, roof, every faucet, AC unit including temperatures from vents, appliances, every electrical outlet inside and out, and sprinkler system to name just a few things. His inspection revealed roof damage, AC duct microbes, rear deck coming apart, wood rot and several other things that may be minor but worth noting. His inspection influenced us on purchasing this home and aided us in negotiations with the seller. He was also able to provide us with Wind Mitigation report and Four Point Inspection that is sometimes required for homeowners Insurance quotes and discounts. We appreciate his promptness in getting us his reports and the thoroughness of his review. We would recommend him to anyone that needed such services.

Jet was thorough in his inspection he spent an estimated 3 hours reviewing the home. Because he took his time and looked at every aspect he was able to gain our trust. As first time home buyers we were not sure what to expect but through his knowledge he was able to explain and demonstrate his experience in the issues that came up with the home. While the current home did not work for us we will be calling Jet to do our future inspections.

Inspection went well and Jack was knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain findings and even gave us some insights to the community that we would have otherwise not known since we are moving from another state. Jack also provided an arial view of property with his drone.

Hands down the best home inspector you can find. We decided to get an inspection before the "contract to buy" directed a buyer's inspection to head off any unforeseen issues. The owner of the company, JET, was extremely prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He pointed out some simple self repairs that I could do that more than covered the cost of his services if I had to hire certified contractors to complete them during the home purchase contract period. Additionally, he identified a set of broken/warped supports in the attic that may have caused a huge delay in settling our sale had we not been able to fix them prior to the buyer's inspection. I know of several realtor's who would not consider going forward on a sale for their customer without having JET check out the property...He is astoundingly thorough and you can find no one better to check everything out. He knows construction and is very wise about codes and how to fix things for best longevity and durability. Select him as your inspector if you want a precheck for selling...select him as your inspector if you are buying a home (pre-existing OR new construction). You will be glad you did. DJ
