Description of Work: They fixed my issue for the AC. Be warned that once you buy the coupon online you have to call the location. Even though they are called one hour heating and air, it took a very long and hot weekend for someone to come out. He was professional, quick and had all of the necessary equipment in his van. They even topped off my freon for free!

Description of Work: Spring check up - I expected A/C checkout and servicing - instead the technician spent the time checking out the heating system and then tried selling a duct cleaning for @2000 and other service I didn't want or need. Description of Work: New HVAC system. Great job and they added a new register and cleaned the ducts. It was more than I originally wanted to spend but it was done quickly and professionally and I've had no issues. The county inspector looked at it, had them do a few minor fixes and I feel confident I have a good product vs. fly-by-night deal.

Description of Work: When I moved into my home 2 years ago I realized the ac/heating system needed replaced. I had used One Hour in the area where I lived before and was very satisfied with the service, so I called One Hour in Niceville. They installed a new unit which has worked perfectly since. They come every 6 months to do a maintenance checkup and are always professional. I am very satisfied with the service.

They did a quick job since there was not much work involved, but I think they overcharged me for what was required to fix the unit.
Description of Work: I paid 159.00 for the guy to strip two corroded ends of wire on the outside unit and reconnect them.

They were fast, clean, friendly and professional. They were done with taking out our old unit and replacing it with a new one in under 4 hours. They left no mess behind, worked fast and good. Their supervisor even showed up, not only did he inspect their work but he also showed us how to work the new thermostat. He even gave us energy saving tips.
