The service was very good, they were very professional. They check in with me periodically to make sure my system is still working properly.

They gave me the option to replace it and gave me a great estimate. Much to my regret I did not get any other offers and took the best unit. He arrive at noon and after I agreed the unit was install by 6pm. The response was good and the punctual was good as well. The quality was good too. I probably should of got more estimates. Do not use them unless you have two other estimates.

They are punctual, professional and clean. They are concerned about their clients. Before they walk into the house they put on their clean boots.

They added a top of the line air-filtration system and they do a twice a year service check-up. They are very polite, punctual, and knowledgeable.

They were excellent! They put booties on their feet when they came inside. They were very helpful and considerate, and did not make a mess. They were absolutely wonderful and pleasant to work with.

I have an annual contract with them. They are service oriented, do a good job and I have never had any issues with them. I will use them again in the future.

They installed our air conditioning system several years ago and we have a maintenance agreement with them. We used them last month. They seem to be very thorough. All their employees that came were very polite and courteous. They put covers on their shoes when they came into our house. They ask questions if we have anything else and that sort of thing. We did have a couple of hiccups and it wouldn't have been fairly all their fault but we are partially to be blamed for. When they installed the air conditioning, we didn't tell them about a drain line from the old one had been out of use for so long. They didn't see it and we had a little puddle in the attic which messed up one of the ceiling. They always give a three hour time window and they are always within that. They call before coming and they will either be early or right on time. We just renewed the agreement.

They were johnny on the spot and done a clean install. They were polite and knew what they were doing. They replaced everything and provided a great warranty. They are top of the line and I wouldn't pick anyone else to do the work but them. They did everything perfectly. The air went out on a Friday night and my daughter is mentally and physically handicapped and can't do without air. I called them at eleven o'clock that night and they came right on out .They took care of the problem and I can't praise them enough. They were clean and neat, and for working on air conditioners; I don't know how they stayed so clean. They put the little socks on their feet so they don't get your floor dirty and they put down carpet when they bring the unit in it so it doesn't mess the floor up as well. There is one drawback. They advertise "if we're not on time, you don't pay a dime" and that is bogus. They give you a three hour window so there is no way you can be on time or not on time. If they arrive anywhere in the three hours there is no way to use that. They give you a window time frame and not an appointment. I understand that they may be late due to other jobs, just call and let me know. Their advertisement doesn't match what they do.

They were early and called ahead. David the service tech did a wonderful professional job, very personable. However, the company is dishonest, deceitful making you think that the price of freon is the norm and having the techs tell you this dishonest claim about freon. Their slogan should represent an exact time. Call around for freon prices. This is price gouging and I'm filing a report with the State of Florida. Word of mouth has its cost to. They recently did a large amount of advertizing ie: mail outs, news paper ads I guess they had to come up with something to pay for all that. FYI their charge just to come out was $69, then additional charges to do the work, plus freon per lb charge

They got here within an hour. We were having a problem with the breaker shutting the air conditioner off. Some of the wires were lose in the breaker box and they were able to come out and fix that. We did not have to call an electrician for it. Their service was great.

I like their price, their punctuality, and their thoroughness to explain everything they're doing.

Everything went well, from the initial consultation to the day of installation to 3 separate follow-up visits. Their guarantee can't be beat.

I called them after having another company come in. They said a part was incorrectly installed and they had fixed it. That cost $59 to be refunded if I ended up needing further work. The AC still did not work. I called them again and problem was still not diagnosed fully. I called one hour and they came promptly. The problems were fairly quickly diagnosed and they fit what my nephew (an AC tech on Eglin) told me they were. After telling me the issues 1) the AC unit was too big for the house and was not working. 2) The coolant lines were leaking. 3) That an additional vent needed to be cut in the next room. 4) The compressor was frozen and did not respond to a starter kit. 5) All the duct work was blown and needed to be replaced. A supervisor came over and quoted prices for me. Although a bit higher than I expected they still fell into the ballpark and a very important consideration was that they would finance. The next day they were here bright and early. They replaced my too big unit with a heat pump (I chose this over AC) replaced the compressor and cut the new duct into the wall. At all times they were totally knowledgeable and professional. It took all day to complete that part of the job and they came the next morning to do the duct work. The next morning 5 trucks arrived promptly at 8 am and they started the job. I know it was probably more than 120 degree's in the attic and the space they had to work with was very, very tight. It was 98 degrees in the house itself. They worked in teams which was necessary in order to avoid heat stoke. The job took all day and they did it beautifully. I knew how bad it was as I had climbed up there the day before to make sure it was really that bad. It was worse than I thought. Everything worked beautifully. However a few days later I knew that the great room was still very hot so I called them back in. The techs that came were again totally prompt and professional. They showed me the problem was not about air conditioning, it was that the laundry room was a really hot room so suggestions were made that I install a heavy door between the great room and the laundry room. They put insulated foam board inside the vent between the rooms that was to only vent the heat from the laundry room. They put double insulated foam board on the inside of the attic door and changed the angle of the vents. The problem was solved! The great room which used to be the garage with very little insulation is now as cool as the rest of the house.

The technician (David) was very professional. Clean cut and professionally dressed. He wore protection on this shoes in order not to dirty the wood floor. That impressed me. He answered all my questions, and had some suggestions on how to improve a few things (I have an asthmatic child at home). I do recommended this company. Thumbs up!

We didn't have to pay anything. They have done us right all the time. They always do the work and they are always on time. If one of them doesn't have the answer they will get somebody who does. They work well together as a team.

They are wonderful. They are 24-hour service even on the weekends so you do not pay an overtime rate if you have a problem during the weekend. If they don't respond within one hour, you don't pay. I won't use anybody else.

I contacted One Hour Air after my AC unit stopped working. The service tech arrived on time and began diagnosing the problem. After about 20 minutes of troubleshooting he declared that the compressor on my outside condenser unit was bad and needed replacing. He promptly called a sales rep that arrived about 30 minutes later to discuss pricing. Instead of pricing just the compressor, the sales man told me that I really needed to replace the entire system, inside and out. I told him the entire system was less than five years old, to which he responded that I was better off replacing the entire system to make sure there was nothing else wrong. I listened to his pitch, which included bad mouthing a few other companies in the local area and ended up with a suggestion of purchasing a $7000 system. He attempted to get me to order the system that evening so they could get it installed the next day, goin as far to offer a discount if I confirmed the order immediately. I thanked him for his time and told him I would get back to him the next day. The next morning I contacted the manufacturer of my AC (Trane) and found out hat my unit was still under warranty and was told that any reputable AC service company would have known that since it was only five years old. They recommended I have a Trane sponsored service company take a look at it, so I called the company they recommended and set up an appointment. They arrived later that day and promptly told me that the compressor was fine and the problem was a simple fix (the compensator), which they accomplished in about ten minutes. The part they replaced was indeed under warranty and all I had to pay was the price of the service call. So, long story short, One Hour Air misdiagnosed the problem with my AC, whether due to incompetence or because they wanted to sell me an expensive unit. They did not mention that my unit might still be under warranty even after being told it was relatively new for an AC system. My overall impression was that they were a big company trying to pressure me into buying more than I needed instead of simply fixing the problem. I would not recommend One Hour Air due to what I perceived as "shady" business practices and incompetent service techs.

He was so thorough that I couldn't believe it. He was here for at least an hour. I didn't even know that my thermostat took batteries.

I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning on a Saturday morning when my air conditioning stopped working. The person who took my call was obviously in a call center and not local. I got the impression I was calling a road service. This didn't give me a lot of confidence so I chose to find a local provider to do the work.

The one thing that I appreciated is that they were right on time. They were here when they said they were going to be. I think this was the second time I used them and in both cases they were very efficient on being here on time. In both cases, of course, I found that there was more intent on upselling you something that you didn't ask for. I didn't like that. One of the service guys was very knowledgeable and another guy was not at all knowledgeable. It was like the luck of the draw as to who you got. I am very aware of air-conditioner systems and most of everything else that is electrical. I called them out here in one case for an estimate to upgrade my system. Then when I called another fellow who had a rating as being honest, he told me that if my unit was working fine and I didn't have any complaints about it, I could use it until it died. So I took his advice and I am using it until it dies and it is working fine at this point and time. I would use One Hour for a spring check-up and that sort of thing, but I would be cautious about buying anything from them. They tout such low prices and they tout the government rebate or credit, but they don't give you all the facts about it. The credit is only good against any taxes that you pay and you don't get the cash up front. You end up holding a tab unless you can get a credit off the income taxes that you already owed. People who are in the lower income tax range are not ever going to achieve that credit. I didn't like that. They didn't let me know about that until later. Their price is very good for a check-up, but not for purchasing a new system. I am the type of person that is not going to be talked into purchasing something and that seems to be one of their major attempts when they get a man out here. He is more of a salesman to some extent rather than a serviceman and I don't like that type of upsell. What they did was not exactly what they said they were going to do. In a spring check-up, I know that the squirrel cage fan needs to be cleaned and oiled. That didn't happen. The man looked in there and said that it didn't need cleaning because it looked clean and it didn't need to be oiled. When I wanted him to oil the condenser fan, he said that oiling it would mess up the bearing. I wasn't happy with that. He didn't oil them and I just let it go. It just seemed like he didn't want to do any of that work. Their responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. I would consider using them in the future strictly for one type of spring check-up and not for purchasing. I eventually did the work myself.

He was fine. He was very professional and came and did the job. There were no issues. They were a little pricey.
