Description of Work: One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning did a tune-up and got my system ready for summer.

Description of Work: We originally called to get our systems which are three years old checked. They were very professional and thorough but expensive. We had four systems that were supposed to be $50.00 per system. A discount flyer they sent to be used by May 12th to get 50.00 off each system. When at our home, they discovered that the Freon was very low so they had to add Freon. With the cost at $3.00 per ounce and because we had four systems and were already paying the $50.00 per system we asked for some discount on the Freon but did not get any. It was a shock to pay an invoice of $1200.00 when you expected to pay around 200.00. Even 10 percent off would have helped. We may be an unusual case since according to them our systems were not charged properly with Freon when installed. They appeared to do a fine job, staying all day until all four systems were properly charged. They also brought shoe covers when they had to come into the house. Time will tell if all went well. Hopefully we do not have a Freon leak.
