Northwest Pool Supply & Service

I have been trying to get in touch with this company/person for the last 45 days. Doesn't answer the phone and no way to leave a message. Must be too busy for new business.

Technician went through service plans which I selected the weekly full service plan. Technician stated a call would be made that day to finalize service plan. Three calls over the next week to the store asking what happened, each time saying they would get back with me. No call back! Not what I expected for a service rated this high on Angie's List.

All went well. The provider was to arrive between 1 and 2 in the afternoon. He was there barely after 1. He did a thorough check of the pool and the pump. We had just bought this house and it seems that while the house was vacant, someone had removed some of the parts from the pump. We were given an estimate of what it would cost to fix the pump and to turn the pool blue again. We thought the estimate was reasonable and gave the go ahead to do the work. We were told that someone would be there in the morning to begin the work, and they were there as we were told they would be. As of this afternoon, 2 days later, the pool is looking much better, and we've been told we can use the pool as of this weekend. This has been a pleasant experience and a job well done on the part of Northwest Pool and Spa Service. We will definitely use them again.

I love this store and buy all my pool chemicals there, may be a little more then online but the service makes up for it and having a pool store in Niceville is great!! They are all friendly and knowledgable and don't pressure you into anything

Three weeks of a green pool with previous service. He changed it to blue in 1 hour. In 1 hour. Great response to problems and reasonable price.

This is a terrible company. They were responsible for servicing the chemicals in my pool on a weekly basis and for this service they were charging me $59.95 a month. They provided the service for a little over a year and twice during that time frame they let algae begin to grow in the pool. When I called to complain, they blamed the algae growth on me because I had phosphates in the pool and needed to have an additional treatment that would cost an additional $79.95. After paying for the treatment, I later found out that the cause of the problem was that the technician was unable to remove the lid from the automatic Chlorinator and therefore he hadn't inserted any chlorine tabs which caused the pool to get very low on chlorine. When I confronted the owner of the company with this information he became verbally aggressive and told me he didn't need my business. I agreed and cancelled my service. I recommend to everyone that they do the same.
