I have been trying to reach this company for 2 months. They have not responded to my inquiries through Angie's List and when I call their number, I get a recorded greeting asking me to leave a message but (after the beep) it says the mailbox is full.

Niceville Fence did a great job.

Never returned my phone calls after not showing twice as promised.

Called for estimate and he said he would get it to me within a day or two, that was three weeks ago?

I called, left a msg and Mark immediately returned my call. He agreed & met with me at our house in Freeport FL on Wednesday. He measured where our pool fence was to go and told me that he would call with an estimate the next day. Mark was very nice and well versed in fencing, I enjoyed talking with him and felt good about the visit. He did not call on Thursday, even though I called and left messages with him twice--to date, he still hasn't called me back with an estimate. When I first spoke with Mark, we had a short (2 week turn around time); however, since our contractor has told us that the fence could be installed after our house closed. I would have appreciated some kind of response. Regardless, I should have gone with another company -- I saw the reviews on Niceville Fence, but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

Still haven't heard from them.

Had used them many years ago and they were excellent. Called to get an estimate and couldn't get through as their answering machine was full. Called back next day and made appt for estimate. He came to measure for estimate and never got back to me. Called again and he said he'd have it the next day but never called.

Checked Angie's List first. Called for an estimate, agreed on the job, and negotiated a mutually handy date for the work. Mark and his crew took out a 20 year old 80+ foot fence across the back of my property, took away the old lumber, set new posts, and built a very fine, professional looking fence of high grade treated lumber. No muss, no fuss, on time, on cost. A very good experience, especially here in Boggy Country. Recommend Niceville Fence highly.

We contacted Niceville Fence via Angie's list and heard back several days later - we scheduled an appointment for that Friday. Even though I sent an email to confirm the time (with no response), no one showed up. I contacted them again via email the next week and scheduled another appointment for an estimate. He showed up, took measurements... and we never heard from anyone again, even after following up via email.

Mark of Niceville Fence returned my call first thing Monday morning. He came out later that day to discuss the project and give a written estimate. I had 3 ideas in mind, and he gave a written estimate for all three designs. Once I decided which design to use, he again promptly returned my call, and arrived at the scheduled time to finalize the deal. He asked for no money down, saying he would expect full payment only upon satisfactory completion of the fence. He explained the process, and explained that the weather was the only factor that may effect the schedule The crew showed up on time to remove the old fence and place the new 4 x 4 treated wood posts. After 2 days to let the concrete set up, the crew arrived on time to place the pickets individually. They were 90% done in one day! The next morning, the crew showed up as scheduled, to complete the fence and gates. After a full walk-around inspection, he accepted a personal check for the entire amount. I might note that the end amount was exactly the amount estimated. When I need another fence, I will call Niceville Fence Company, Inc., again. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors, as well.
