+ -1 moreModern Air installed an underpowered system in our home, did sub-par repairs on it over a three year period (air leaking making the attic the coldest room in the house etc.) When we asked them to come out to consult for a re-do, they sent us an estimate that was nearly double of other contractors and when questioned about possibly doing something different, refused to come back to discuss. BAD BAD BAD. We went with another local contractor and were thrilled. Half the price and great service.

Description of Work: New hac system installed by another company had electrical problem and quit operating in Pensacola Beach, 90 degree day. Modern Air Solutions was finishing up another job in the late afternoon. I walked over and asked if they could help. They found a loose connection immediately, fixed it quickly and politely. Refused payment.
