The personnel working at home, for taking calls and appointments, continually had their televisions on. I had difficulty in hearing and understanding. In fact, one time the difficulty so bad due to the television, the operator was cancelling an appointment when I needed information. The electrician did a nice job, however, when taking off the boxes, left with passwords. Luckily, the passwords were eventually found, as I could not directly contact the electrician, only the above-mentioned customer service, who had their televisons on.

There was a problem getting the generator to start up. Turns out that the natural gas had been turned off that supplied the house as well as the generator. The plumber made an extra trip back to check it out and immediately saw and corrected the problem. All the personnel that were involved were very good and nice guys to interact with.

Call Mr sparky before you sign with anyone else! Had whole house surge protection and interlock installed for portable generator hook up during power outage for less than half the price of other estimates

Ron arrived on time and was eager to work. He listened to my concerns, explained what had to be done, gave me good options and also fix a few more things than originally requested. When the job was finished everything was left clean and in place. We will definitely hire him again.

Ron was great! I called him and he came that same day. He arrived when he said he would, he was dressed professional, he was clean, respectful of our home, did quality work, and checked back in to make sure things were running smoothly. It's hard finding someone you can trust with your electrical work at a fair price, but he fits the bill. Thanks!

If the system would allow me to rate them with zero stars I would. Where do I start? Electric Worx first broke a spigot outside my house during the course of their work, which caused a leak. They had to cut a hole in my bathroom wall to repair the issue. Did they repair the wall? Nope! The PC had to try to repair it but eventually hired someone else to fix it. Electrix Worx did not bother to facilitate getting this rectified. They had no part in it. Next, Electric Worx had to disconnect my hot tub outlet because it was not up to code and the whole project would not pass inspection (understandable). HOWEVER, Electric Worx did not just remove the outlet from the wall and unplug the hot tub. They chopped off the plug from the end of the expensive electrical cord that was hooked up to my hot tub. I still cannot seem to get an answer as to why they felt that was necessary. It was not. Now I have to purchase a new cord at my own expense. Does not sound right to me. When discussing the hot tub issue after the HVAC work was completed, the conversation became heated. I was quite angry about the cord being completely chopped off for no reasonable purpose. Ron at Electric Worx prefers text messaging, which I am happy about because now I have proof that the *owner* of this organization stated to, *kiss my a*** when he became annoyed with me. He refuses to replace the cord his company decided to unnecessarily destroy. Do what you want, but you would be a fool to do business with someone who does not know how to pick up the phone to discuss problems when they arise, does not take responsibility for their work and tells his customer to, *kiss my a**â.* You are asking for a headache if you enter into a contract with Ron at Electric Worx.
