 + -1 moreI hired Mid Bay to clean the brand new windows 1and they put deep scratches in windows. I showed him the scratches and he got very aggressive and loaded up his truck and left. The only window on the brand new building that didn't have deep scratches was the one he forgot to clean!!!
Description of Work: The worst experience of my life. Scratches on windows that caused so much damage they had to be replaced. I lost $8000 due to Mid Bay windowing cleaning.

 + -1 moreFabulous! He responded to my message on Angie's list within 12 hours, came and did a no-obligation quote, and scheduled the work to be done. He called 10 minutes before the appointed time to let me know he was running a little late due to weather (it was pouring down rain). He arrived promptly at the newly scheduled time, got right to work, and completed the job in record time. His quote held true, and he did such a good job we actually paid him a bit more than he was asking. If you need windows cleaned, call Mark at Mid-Bay Window Cleaning. You can't go wrong!!

He took care of it and I didn't have to take any time off work to meet him. He did the work the day he promised and it was done to my satisfaction.

My recommendation to him the next time he posts an ad would be to explain in his ad that a window is not what you normally would expect it to be nor is it what a blueprint window schedule says it is. He counts a window pane as a window, or 1 single pane as an entire window. I'm cutting and pasting his response for correct clarification of what he texted me this week; "In each of those 61 windows are lots of little frames and each window frame is a window. So depending on how you look at it and how I have to look at it there is a considerable difference in price. If they were standard windows without the separations then it would be drastic price variation..so if you have ever cleaned these types of windows you would see how long they take and your house will require razor blading on most from what I looked at as well. Description of Work: Provider came by and looked at my home. I have 63 windows total in my home. He said that I have over 500 windows, He counts each window PANE as a WINDOW. There is no fine print in the offer that I bought stating that he counted window panes as windows. The offer was $89.00 (regularly $289.00) for a comprehensive home window cleaning. I'm sorry that it didn't work out for either party. We are new to the area and are looking for good honest contractors for both present and future work. Our intention was to get part of the windows done at the promotional price and then to do the next 20 or possibly 43 at the regular price of $289.00 per 20 windows that Mid Bay Windows had advertised as their regular price.
