Kodiak Tree Service

Once again the Kodiak team was professional and did a wonderful job for us. All five guys who came out for our project were extremely polite and friendly. We really appreciated all of their attitudes and will certainly call on them again if we have the need.

I called for a quote and they said, no problem. I told them that I needed it quickly, as I lived in a gated community and the work had to be done by a specific date. I was told that I would get the quote soon and they called me to ask me a question right as the guy was in my area. I returned the call shortly (about 20 mins later) after and was told that I was too late and that they would have to go back 5 days later (a weekend was in there as well). I said that I would wait, but really needed the quote on that day. Not only did they not call me that day, I called them at the end of the day and was told that the estimator hadn't gotten back to her, but that she should have a quote by tomorrow. Once again, no call back and I called them back at the end of the day and she gave me another excuse as to why they didn't have a quote. Tomorrow will be a week since they told me that they would get me a quote and still no quote or even a call back to say that they're sorry. I rarely complain, but this is certainly not the service that I would expect from a company with an A rating on Angie's list!

The crew was very knowledgeable, capable and efficient. The foreman was well organized and efficient. The tree was removed very quickly, cut up, chipped and the area cleaned up. I was impressed with the way the crew removed the overhanging limb. It was very large and required a climber, ropes and a very knowledgeable crew. Clean-up was completed efficiently and effectively.
