Description of Work: We have Jackson appliance for many years. They are a small family run business that care about their customers. John is an excellent technician and we have always been very pleased with his work. This time John worked on my 20 year old Jen-Air stove. He knew exactly what the problem was and within a week had the parts to repair it.
