Our A/C went out around 9pm on a Friday night at our recently purchased home. This happened during June so obviously it's not a great time for the A/C to go out in FL. The home came with a warranty and this led us to call Stacy at Integrity. Fortunately his company is open for business on Saturdays so I was able to get on the phone with him that morning. He finished another job and made it to our house around 1 pm--only 4 hours after we called him. Stacy was probably the most friendly person we've ever had to our home (or any previous home) for repairs. While working outside, he happily played fetch with our dog and even found a plumbing leak we would have otherwise not noticed until the next morning. He was very friendly with both of our children and took the time to have conversations with them so that they would not feel ignored. As this was our first home that we've owned--and therefore our first experience with a home warranty--he explained the entire process of how he is reimbursed from the warranty company and our fees. Within 90 minutes he had the problem diagnosed, parts replaced and system repaired, and our A/C functioning again. During that time he played with the dog and spoke with both kids (they would not leave him alone!), explained his work, explained the home warranty process, and explained why he thought the parts failed...all without allowing it to delay the completion of his work. We will definitely be using Integrity again, even after our home warranty expires.

Stacey Hebert was the technician that came to our house. He was punctual, polite and very professional. Although he was being put in a difficult position to evaluate someone else's work, he was very straight forward with us on the quality of the original installation. THe original installer had told us there was nothing wrong with our brand new AC unit even though it kept freezing up. Stacey very quickly identified several issues and worked with the warranty company to get them repaired as quickly as possible. I would use this company again
