Holloway roofing team was professional, courteous, and worked quickly. They handled the nuances of blending old/new renovation areas with ease. All work was in compliance with code and they cleaned up/removed all debris from the site.

They did an excellent job. The only heartburn I had with them was that the crew was all Mexican. I thought the price was a little high but they did an excellent job. They cleaned up after they were all done and they made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. They were here when they said they would be here. They were all professional. They didn't waste any time and they didn't fool around. They were all business.

It went very good. The quality of the work is good. The only single complaint that I have and this would not keep me from recommending them or even getting them again for myself is I have two skylights in my house and they replaced the skylight domes and when they re-roofed the actually replaced those two with the roof the glass top. What happened was when they replaced that a lot of debris fell through into the house, but they didn't warn me about that, but they should have and that annoyed me. They did quality work and they did it in one day, which is really the only company that can do it one day. They were professional. I only have that one complaint. The pricing was good. I got couple other quotes they were the same or better than everybody price wise. They were consistent or little bit lower than other quotes I received. I would use them again in the future.

Initial company oversight caused a delay in shingles order and a reschedule of roof installation. Contract stated reflashing chimney was included in price but that would not have happened, even with the replacement of some roof decking around chimney, without my constant observation and insistence on that being done. The Job was completed in one day as advertised. If the property owner has a Florida Room addition to their home, I would recommend Specialty Roofing, which provided me with a very detailed list of tasks that would be performed without prompting, and promised an English speaking foreman on-site during the entire job.

I was very happy with Holloway Roofing. They gave me a very fair price (lowest estimate I got), kept all their communication commitments, and did everything possible to make me happy as a customer. I have already recommended them to multiple people.

They came out and gave me an estimate within a few days of my call. The estimate was reasonable and completed on the spot the day he came (and he showed up on time). We agreed on a day to schedule the work. I had other work done on the same day that had to be coordinated with the roofer and I gave him the other contractor's phone number and they worked together to schedule the work, then called me to tell me when it was. It was trouble-free. The yard and shrubbery was cleaner when they left than it was when they came. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with hiring someone to work on my house.

Once the project was scheduled, they completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up their mess. They did a great job except a few weeks later, I noticed that they had used a textured/wood grain hardy plank and we do not have any siding with a wood grain and the previous fascia did not have a texture to it either. It still looks fine, just wished I had noticed that before they put everything up!

Project completed on time. Lots of workers arrived promptly so the job was finished in one day except for a small roof area over a sandbox when they ran out of shingles. They were right back after getting the shingles to finish the job. Cleaned the area nicely and removed all debris. We have recommended them to our other friends.

The free estimate turned into some free work. The employee got on our roof and touched the seal on our chimney. Gave our roof a clean bill of health and didn't recommend any future service. NO LEAKS!!!

I contacted Holloway Roofing on April 15, 2013 and left a message for the salesman. The salesman responded the same day and set up an appointment for April 18, 2013. The salesman, Mike, showed up promptly for the appointment. He immediately set to work checking out the roof. After reviewing the roof, he went over the options with my husband and printed out a quote before he left. It was nice to know the price while the salesman was there. He also left shingle samples so we could get an idea of which type we wanted. We made the decision to go with Holloway on April 19. Per Mike, they were 6-8 weeks out in scheduling making the reroof sometime between June 1 - 15. Mike indicated that if we had any concerns about leaks while we were waiting for the reroof they would do their best to provide an interim solution. On May 16, 2013 Mike contacted us and told us they had an opening for the next day. We were excited to move the reroof up so it would be done before hurricane season. On May 17, 2013 at 6:59 am the crew showed up. They commenced with covering our landscaping to protect it. The crew went to work right away on the roof. The whole job was completed by 3:00 pm. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it all away. We were left with a great looking roof. We now have a clear skylight and all the old wood was replaced. On May 20, 2013 Alex Holloway called and scheduled an appointment to come and talk about the roof and settle payment. He arrived for the appointment and spent time discussing the roof with my husband. The invoice was for the same amount as what we were quoted and we used the $100 coupon from Angie's list. We were very satisfied with the work done by Holloway and would definitely recommend them. They were responsive, prompt and professional.

Their estimator was very professional & responsive...he was the only one of three estimators that stopped by that provided a timely estimate without multiple follow-ups on my part. The quality of work was mediocre - will probably be functionally sufficient, but lacked the high quality I was hoping for: - The metal flashing work around the chimney looked excellent & meticulous, but then instead of neat beads of sealant (Lexel or equivalent), they globbed it on (indiscriminately) where the counterflashing meets the chimney, randomly over the counterflashing, & over screws...I'm 100% sure it will be waterproof given the amount of sealant used, but it looks less than professional from the ground - They tore a ridge shingle adjacent to the valley repair. I asked them to fix it; instead of replacing it, they slapped some roofing cement on top of it - The estimate included some plywood replacement; instead of plywood, they started to cut OSB (don't want that on my roof); to avoid delays in work (heavy storms were expected the next morning), I gave them a sheet of 1/2 inch sheathing to use - Their fix of uplifted shingles was to tap them with a hammer (as if that would make the glue strip that hasn't stuck for 8 years all of a sudden stick on the cool day on which they were working)...they're still uplifted - They cracked the edge of a shingle where their ladder met a starter shingle...I'll fix that one myself None of these items are major enough to contest (it will take less effort to fix these items on my own), but I'll definitely give someone else a try next time.

We purchased the house and moved in in April 2012. Our home-owners insurance was cancelled by two different companies due to condition of the roof right after we had closed on house purchase. That was quite a shock for newcomers to Florida. I checked Angie's List and called other local roofing companies for estimates. The Tree Service (Kodiak) that our realtor recommended to remove some dead trees recommended Holloway Roofing, Unlimited. I called them and they had a guy out the next day and after inspecting everything, he wrote up a quote during the same visit. They had the best quote and offered quality products as well as a ten year guarantee. Now that almost a year has passed, I am very satisfied. We ended up getting a reduction in our home-owner's insurance thanks to their expertise.

They returned my call the very next business morning...called after business hours. They scheduled a roof survey for the following day, and found a crack/leak in the rubber around a roof pipe...fixed two days later. I will definitely use again for future leaks/roof replacements.

They did a very good job and did it all in one day. I purchased a $100 Big Deal from Angie's List which they honored in their price. I think the roof looks very good and I've not had any problems with it. The men were very courteous and respectful. They answered all of the questions I've asked and the owner was also very kind. I was very satisfied with the job they did.

The initial site visit on 02/14/2013 was very punctual and professional when I received an estimate for the repairs to the roof of my home. I told the individulal on that date that we had a couple other roofing companies from Angies List coming to provide estimates as well and once completed I would let him know whether or not they won the contract. Contacted to award bid to contractor 2/25/2013 3/12/2013 after some delays the contractor arrived today and repaired the roof. There were communications problems during the timeframe listed above, however the professionalism and customer service of this contractor earned them the right to correct any problems we had during their service. The contractor did everything within their power to make up for any problems and see that we (the customer) were very satisfied. The service was well enough to have me revise my original Angie's List complaint into a resolution and in turn a happy customer that will use this contractor again in the future.

They were very professional and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Holloway was at the townhouse right on schedule to a**** the damage and to provide an estimate. He had a cancelation and started my repairs early. Quality work and kept me informed the whole job on his status, no surprises. He is my first call if I need more roofing work.

Overall, they were great. I would recommend them.

I was very very pleased with the owner and the roofing crew.

They worked from about 6:00am to almost 5:00pm on Friday, 25 May and then came back on Saturday morning, 26 May, to finish a few details. This is not an inexpensive undertaking and they were prompt, professional, and a reasonable price for quality work.

Estimate was detailed and professionally presented. Work was done in 1 day. Thorough clean up. Came back later to fix a bit of trim on inside of skylight hole. Very nice people to deal with.
