Description of Work: On Wednesday, 4/14/2011, I left a message with this company requesting an estimate for lawn service. Eric returned my call the next day and we set up a time for him to come over, which was supposed to be after 3:00 on Friday, 4/16/2011. He never showed up and didn't call to say why. Thinking he may have lost our phone number and address I called on Monday, 4/18/2011 in the morning and got the answering machine again so I left another message. I asked if he might have lost our information or if he was just not interested in doing the work for us. I asked him to call and let us know either way. It is now Tuesday, 4/19 @ 8:45 pm and he has still not contacted us. He appears to be very unreliable.

+ -1 moreMy yard always looks great. Once I explain how I want something done, I never have to remind Eric about my preferences. Reliable, honest, full of integrity. Eric is a great find for someone needing continuous lawn maintenance.
Description of Work: Eric has been maintaining our yard for 4 years, every week during the growing season, tapering back to once a month in the deep of winter. Without fail, he shows up in the morning, but not too early, completes our yard quickly and lets me know if he sees any problems we need to address (bugs, fertilizer, weeds, etc.). When we are away, he also checks the sprinkler system to be sure all heads are working properly, and repairs the system as needed.
