After calling about 10 other plumbers at 7:00 this morning for emergency service, Elliott answered and was at the house to fix the problem within 30 minutes. Great responsiveness and professional service.

We contacted Mark via e-mail and subsequently got in touch with him over the phone to set up an appointment the following day. We explained what we needed and walked him by the water heater and bathrooms. He was able to address all of our questions/concerns and rather than recommend a long list of work, he gave us an honest rundown of what was really needed. He did spend about an hour to successfully locate the sewer clean-out, which was like hunting for a needle in a haystack. If we ever need to have our line snaked again, it will make it a hundred times easier knowing where it is located. Mark was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Would highly recommend.

The plumber showed up promptly as scheduled, repaired the pipe and replaced some other faucets that were bad. He also provided insight on what could be done for the kitchen remodel.

Called for an estimate on 3/6/2013 and work was performed on 3/8/2013. The rate was $95 an hour and well worth it. They were in and out in two hours. A previous estimate I received from my regular plumber was $325. I guess I have a new plumber. The two hours labor also included a new pressure relief line.

It has been great so far. Can't wait until we finish the job and have them return to finish installing the hardware.

It was an outstanding experience. At 9am he committed to a 2:30pm same day appointment and he was 15 minutes early. When setting up the appointment the owner, Mr. Mark Elliott, recommended that I purchase my own water heater to save on his required markup cost and he provided a wholesale dealer in the immedate area that would sell me the water heater. I save $200.00 just on the cost of the water heater alone and he only charge me only $125 for the replacement labor and he did a great job. Very Professional. Highly Recommended. He is well known in the area with an impeccable reputation.

We just moved into our new home and were having some issues with clogged drains and a water heater issue. He cleared the drains, and resolved our hot water flow problems. He was professional, on time, fast, friendly. We will definitely call him again next time we need service.

He answered the phone ( no voice mail) Told me his hourly rates and estimated on the phone what he thought the job would take. Showed on time the next day and was prepared and did an excellent job. Estimated 2 hours and when it took 1.5, he only charged 1.5. I usually network the trades with my neighbors for references, but noone had needed a Plumber recently. He will get ALL my future work and I have already told my neighbors about the great service.

The whole service took about 30-45 minutes. He knew just what to do.

Mark Elliott arrived and discovered that the shutoff was located in the waterline to the water heater. No new valve needed. Mark did not charge me for the service call, and when he learned I was replacing my refrigerator informed me of the type of connector that should be used. He wouldn't even accept a tip for his trouble. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He is at the top of my list for future and have been telling anyone that will listen of my great expereience. Thank you.

From start to finish this process was great. They came by the same day I called and looked at the job. At my request, they came back the following morning to do the plumbing work.They finished the job in a quick and professional manner. The bill was very, very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

after the initial service, the problem was still their after alot of water use and he came back out to find roots in septic pipe. they removed the roots and didn't charge us for the second call as they agreed it wasn't corrected initially. great folks

We use them repeatedly and if we have any kind of problem we always call them. They are excellent. Whenever we call they are always on time and reasonable. They are very, very good.

He changed the bolts on the commode where it goes into the floor. The bolts were old and stripped, and it was leaking around it so he put new ones in. I never get put off by him, I can call him with a minor problem and he'll come right on out. His fees are excellent and he tells you upfront how much it's going to be.

I have used them before and they are the only ones that we’ve used. I would absolutely use them again in the future and no one else.

Excellent work from beginning to end. Mr. Elliott (Sr.) is a gem. I initially called about a water leak that we couldn't locate precisely, but could hear water running in the wall. He talked me through the problem over the phone so I could do some initial steps to isolate the leak myself. In the process of doing so I discovered that our main shutoff valve wasn't working either. He replaced the shutoff valve first, and then came back to repair the leak, which was a difficult job since the line was behind a drain pipe. He repaired that as well, and we have been problem free ever since. I will definitely call him again if we have plumbing problems.

We gradually lost hot water to all outlets. It went very slowly and just seemed like the water heater was losing efficiency. We also have a recirculating pump that keeps hot water at the farthest point of the plumbing loop. Matt (or Mark?!) showed up and trouble shot the problem for almost an hour. He got it down to two potential items which he needed to order. He ordered a very expensive re-circulating pump but didn't want to install it if he didn't need to. He returned as soon as the parts were in (a day or two...whenever he promised) and completed the work and FIXED IT WITH THE CHEAPER PART! Two trips, maybe 1.5 to 2 hours and didn't try and pass an expensive part off on us. All this for $105. I would use him again in a heart beat for the honesty alone.
