Description of Work: Called on two occasions. First to install a new hot water recirculating pump and second to reinstall a loose toilet ($120). On both occasions I spoke with a very efficient and reliable (called back on time) most pleasant, friendly office lady. On the first job Elliott's bid was $300 below a well known local area competitor. The same plumber (Stick) came each time. He was very professional and friendly. Elliott is now my go to plumber.....they earned it.

Description of Work: Estimate for on demand water heater. Decided to go with natural gas, which required for us to delay installation until natural gas provider finished their installation.

Description of Work: Installed point-of-service, 19-gal. electric water heater. Serviceman arrived early, completed all the required work efficiently with no problems, and was very neat - especially important since this was installed inside a linen closet off our master bedroom. Even took the old water heater away for us. Completed the job in about an hour. Definitely will use their services again and recommend them.

Owner consulted with me as i opened the drywall to examine, troubleshoot and examine the extent of the work. My prep work helped speed the repair, reducing my cost. Description of Work: Mark, owner, was totally responsive and did what was needed. I cannot say enough about how understanding he was for out main hotwater line leakage. He did an honest assessment, timely and professional repair. He could have proposed other, more expensive solutions but his professionalism led to what was needed at the time and its purpose. Description of Work: We purchased a home, renovated it, and put it on the rental market; however, after using it first ourselves, we discovered that the laundry room (washer and utility tub) as well as the kitchen sink (which was detected by Elliott Plumbing) were not plumbed into the septic tank. As this is an older home, we had no idea where the original plumbing emptied and we had extensive problems with flooding and water damage when attempting to do laundry. We had hired another plumber who just never did the job, kept money that we paid him, and was impossible to reach. I researched Angie's List and found Elliott Plumbing. THEY WERE LIFESAVERS !!!! They were very, very professional, on-time, neat, and thorough. As I stated earlier, they also found that the kitchen sink didn't empty into the septic -- huge problem since this was on rental market and we had just installed a garbage disposal on that sink. I will not hesitate to use Elliott Plumbing in the future. They are my new plumbers!!! Thank you Elliott Plumbing.

Description of Work: I never could get in contact with this company. I heard that they moved to Crestview Florida and kept the same number but couldn't get through. I think they are no longer in business.

Description of Work: We had a clogged toilet that we just could not get unclogged after using a toilet auger and plunger over the course of a few days (we even tried draino!) Called Elliott Plumbing and he was able to get here within 2 hours. The cause of the clog was a little toy stuffed inside of the toilet that we couldn't see! He also replaced our supply line and fixed our tank so it would fill up better. Got way more than what we paid for! Will call him again!
