It is very important for our company to be prompt, courteous & most importantly honest. We will NOT sell you something you do not need as other companies will. Ask about Angie's List discount and Maintenance Agreements to save you money. Low monthly payments are available on repairs and installations to those who qualify.

Replaced evaporator, cleaned blower, and re-configured the access to the AC filter. It went great. This business is now closed. March 2016.
Description of Work: I have used them twice. the one cited here was a major repair. I used the again for a minor repair about a month later.

Although his former partner has moved on to another opportunity, we continue to be a Full Service HVAC company with Bert Simpson continuing to lead our service department. In his 4 1/2 years here at Covenant, Bert has demonstrated his ability to quickly and efficiently diagnose and offer repair options for even the most complex service issues. In Jan 2016, we relocated to Niceville but are just a phone call or e-mail away and are happy to service our friends and neighbors in Okaloosa, Walton and Santa Rosa counties.

I had the fine crew from Covenant Air install a new Mini Split System in our new sunroom. Every aspect of this project from the initial call , to the estimate, to the install was top notch. They educated me on the system differences and I was able to make a choice. These guys are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. The final bill was actually a bit less then the original estimate If you choose to have them install or repair your HVAC, you will be happy.. Thanks

They were very prompt and punctual in responding to me coming out giving me a very detailed estimate. They went around and measured all the air vents at the house to figure out what type I needed for the air conditioning unit to get the right size for the air needed. They gave me a good price with a good warranty on the unit. They scheduled quickly. Everything is working great. They're very professional. They did a great job. I saw some of their reviews on Angie's List. he came out and gave a quote. I was very impressed with him when they came out immediately and just very friendly and thorough and had a good price. I'd give them straight A's on everything you got. They were just excellent.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Covenant Air. I had contacted several HVAC providers and one well known company scheduled me for the following week. Covenant Air came out the following morning, called to let me know they were enroute. I knew of one potential problem, but the technician found another which previous preventative service from another company had not identified. Great people, great service and great price! I saved several hundred dollars over another estimate. I would strongly encourage utilizing this company – no question about their integrity and ability to fix or replace your unit.
Description of Work: Listened to my description of the problem, removed cover and started trouble shooting. Confirmed electrical component was bad, replaced with new part. Looked at other areas of the system and found burned out wire lead, replaced all wire leads with lock-outs. Pulled out test equipment and confirmed through several tests unit was functioning. Went inside home to inspect and test blower unit, placed thermostat at return and delivery stages to check temperature. Cleaned-up small mess and told me bill would be sent to the house.

Great job. Very professional. Very organized and responsible. Very honest and matter of fact. Very experienced. Would recommend without hesitation.
Description of Work: Inspected A/C Unit and outdoor condenser thoroughly to target problem with cooling. Recommended the essential parts needed for repair without trying to up sell parts replacement, as other companies did. Targeted and ordered new coil for unit. Installed new coil and then installed new valves on exterior condenser.

They are very professional; they did a comparison of all the different brands, so they were very informative about the brands. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Covenant Air to blow out the drainage system, check the furnace and the check the air-conditioner.
