Comfort Air Cooling and Heating LLC

As far as I am concerned, Comfort Air is the best business in town for any A/C or heating issues. Twice now Dean has come through for me on short notice to fix my A/C. The first time was in 2018 and after I had a bad experience with another company (they wanted over $700 in parts and could not even get it fixed in a reasonable time) and paying them almost $100 for nothing, I called Comfort Air and Dean stopped by and did the job for just over $300. This time I called him, and he sent over one of his guys over (after hours). Was a simple fix and I was up in running in less than an hour. Could not be happier with the service Dean and his crew provide. Honest work and honest pricing. Very present people to talk to. No one better to contact for your A/C and heating needs. Thanks Dean.

I initially got a different company to come out to look at my system because Comfort Air was busy on a job. In a previous review I stated that Comfort Air bent over backwards to try and help me out even though he was busy on another job. The company that came out said they could not fix it now and it would cost me nearly $700.00 to fix. I told him thank you, but never mind. Paid for the service call and called Comfort Air back up. Although I had to leave for a trip, Comfort Air had me leave my inside unit on and turn the outside unit off. He picked up the part and repaired my system that afternoon after he completed his other job. He charged me half price and also cleaned my outside coils. My neighbor let him in and he checked everything out and said all was well. Cannot ask for better service then that. I have now returned home and the A/C is working great. Thank you for providing the service many company's do not.

I was leaving for a trip and my house A/C went out. Although Comfort Air was busy and could not came to my house to work on my unit, the owner did everything possible to find me someone that could come out and fix my A/C. Will definitely call him when I am not time crunched. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me out.

Dean did an excellent job finding and fixing my AC problem. I really thought I needed to get a new AC and instead of trying to sell me one, he said this one would last a while longer.

Dean provided detailed explanation on all the components that normally breakdown after time. Additionally his inspection was very detailed and thorough which led to him finding some issues that he was able to fix. Highly recommending to all my friends/family.

After having received timely and prompt updates as the work was completed, I was amazed at what I saw. He sent pictures of his progress and even loaded the warranty for the products in Trane's database. The service I have received is the best that I have ever experienced. As an attorney and an Air Force officer, I would recommend him without reservation.

Dean did such a quick yet thorough job. He is very professional and you can tell he cares about customer service. He explained the causes of the problems we were having with our system and quickly repaired it. Now it's working great! We can't be happier with Dean's service and professionalism.

Overall excellent experience with Comfort Air. Dean takes great pride in his work and it shows. He is thorough in his explanation of the work to be done and doesnt cut corners.
