My dog was having the worst problems with skin allergies and hot spots. After continuing to take him to the vet, I was in the process of eliminating all possible issues. Since I noticed him licking his paws, I decided to have the carpets cleaned. I had used Carpet Fresh vacuum powder for a long time. After calling several companies without a call-back, I called Clean Choice for a quote (on Friday at 5 pm). I explained my doggy problems to the woman on the phone, and she gave me a quote and explained the process in depth. Overall, she was professional and extremely willing to answer any questions I had. I scheduled the appointment for the following Monday (a Federal holiday) and the owner came to clean my carpets. He charged me the quoted price, and proceeded to pre-treat the areas where it was needed (in front of the doors and where my dog had thrown up). He then cleaned the carpets and even moved the couch to get underneath. Overall, my carpets seemed much cleaner and my dog stopped licking his paws. I plan on rescheduling 6 months - 1 year from now to keep my carpets fresh. Overall it took him about an hour ($200) which included my living room, dining room, one hallway, stairwell, master bedroom, two additional bedrooms and a small landing. It took a little longer to dry in some spots than expected, but I received a follow-up call the next day to check on my satisfaction.
