Called them to schedule repair. Tried to give them the size, make, and model of the door so they would bring the correct spring. They told me that it wasn't necessary because they would have the correct part on the truck. I took off from work to be thee when the tech showed up. He looked at the spring and said he didn't have the right part on the truck. Not repaired . Wasted my time.

Just a short note of thanks. As promised, John diagnosed the issue with our garage door and recommended the fix. Amazing result in ease of function and associated noise reduction.
