We are owed a refund check on this project as we paid for work that was determined did not have to be done. Was told the refund would be sent the 1st of July and we still haven't received it. We have made several calls to the company with no response. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

July 2023 I was in need of a plumberI called and left messages with four(4) different plumbers, I never received call back from 2. The others made appointments, one was a no show. Benjamin Franklin Plumbers, was on time for estimate and Mike was here at 8am the next morning to due job. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing, reasonable rates, very professional. Will be my permanent go to for a plumber.
