Excellent job! All six trees were removed and stumps ground with no damage to the surrounding landscaping. They did an excellent job removing all the debris and cleaning up the area. Will definitely call them the next time I need tree service.

There were a lot of trees. There were communication issues between the crew and the boss. The crew was supposed to leave a couple of those trees about two or three inches off the ground, just cut the trunks off so we could pull them out with a dozer. They instead took them off, flush the ground so we had to dig the stumps out later. That was a problem. So, you have to communicate very clearly what you want done.

I arrived home as the team was driving away. The yard was clean and the tree was gone.

Provided an estimate, arranged a time to meet me and walk through services. Scott ensured he had a full understanding of what services I needed, made several recommendations. They have such a great reputation that their work schedule is backed-up 4-6 weeks. Would highly recommend using their service.

A team of three arrived right on schedule and did a fantastic job. They trimmed all the trees they agreed too and cleaned up very well. Besides nicer looking trees, you can't even tell they were here today. I will use them again in the future if I need work done.

Team of five people with bucket truck, chipper, and loader worked about five hours. Had 2 local quotes and they were less than the competitior. Provided copies of liability and workers comp insurance several days prior to work as requested.

, I have used Bayou on several occasions. I have large, unwieldy Live Oaks that require cutting back & away from the roof line. All prior work has been cost efficient, professional, with excellent clean-up by the crew. The most recent work was required due to roots interfering with sewer line. As expected, my call was returned promptly, the price reasonable. The crew arrived on time, was fast & efficient, great clean-up.

Called Rick with Bayou on the 21st; he came out at the arranged time on the 24th for the estimate.Told me that he was booked for the next two weeks with the possibility that he could work me in earlier. He called in the morning of the 27th that he could have a crew to do the job that afternon after lunch or the the next day. Three men crew showed up after lunch with foreman John as promised and got the job done in approximately two hours. Cleaned up pretty well and left just a few marks in lawn. Got estimates from two other tree removers; one was 20% and the second 30% higher than Bayou Tree Service .
