It went great. I was impressed. I had my bathroom completely remodeled. Floor, shower, sinks, countertops etc... Scott Anderson did custom work for me and did not charge extra for it. He was late a few times but finished the work in the time frame he gave me. Yes I would hire him again and yes I recommend him.

It's highly unfortunate I am writing this review but I do not want others to make the same mistake that I made in hiring Scott Anderson for a job. First I would like to explain what it was I had done so whomever is reading this has a reference. Me and my wife had decided to re-tile our master bath, we had the shower fiberglass insert taken out and the shower re-tiled up to the ceiling and also had it wrapped around the wall the shower head is on above the bath tub in order to create fluidity. We had decorative tile put in as well with a stone floor and seat. 1. Scott said it would take 3 - 4 days, it took him 12 working days. (job was never completed) 2. He was late everyday, this caused problems with our daily schedule seeing as how I work and my daughter is in school. 3. He would take frequent smoke breaks (not a big deal) but our house would smell like cigarette smoke and it seriously impeded his work ethic and he left his and his workers cigarette butts in my lawn. 4. Poor workmanship and quality on the tile. a. shower door installed backwards b. when he wrapped the tile, the tile was not in line and the cuts were jagged and uneven, when I asked him to fix it he grinded down the tile with a grinder, damaging the tile further, and left black marks all over the tile that I can't wash away. c. scuffed up and put holes in my wall and door frames pretty bad when taking out the fiber glass insert. d. was cutting tile in the bathroom when he didn't need to creating a huge mess that he did not clean up. e. He did a poor grout job, you can see the mortar bleeding through the grout. f. He did a poor mortar job making the tile uneven and not level. 5. He clogged our drain. He forgot to bring his snake so he couldn't fix it. we had standing water in our shower for three days. Each day we tried to get him to come out and fix the clog but each day we were stood up. 6. We have $220 left to pay him but will not be paying him due to the money we had to spend on a plumbing company to come out and fix the clog. I have pictures to prove all of the claims that I am making, I have many more than four but it is not allowing me to upload more than four. Again this is not how I wanted this to go, it was a complete nightmare and it does not make me want to do this ever again. My desired end state in writing this review is so that others don't make the same mistake I did in hiring Scott Anderson.
