American Eagle Fence

Replacing a common wood fence is simply beyond the capabilities of American Eagle Fence so I suggest anyone avoid them even for the simplest projects based on my experiences. There are easily better choices. I contracted with American Eagle to replace 3 sides of my existing wood fence. They represented as professional and trustworthy. Because the crew arrived days before scheduled I was not at home. By phone, the project manager stated he didn't catch that they had removed all existing fence (including the side that was to remain) until everything was hauled away. His solution was to issue a change order for new fencing on the 4th side, which I didn't need, costing me thousands more. The completed fence is unlevel at the top line, and worse, gaps well above grade at the bottom. Empty beer bottles and dry concrete were left in my yard and my landscape edging was crushed by their truck. The company made one failed attempt to correct the fencing issues then no-showed subsequently. I can only conclude they are unable to deliver a quality product. Sadly, approximately $16K has been invested in a fence that not only looks amateurish but allows armadillos and possum in my yard. I installed wire mesh to keep my dog safe. My fence does not resemble those on the website and my experience does not resemble the reviews.

From the office speaking with Jim Foster to Lindsey, our sales rep, the entire process was professional yet friendly. I felt as if I was working with family. The method of measuring and designing my fence changed numerous times, and Lindsey always succeeded in making the changes necessary to get me what I wanted. When it was time to have it scheduled for installation Christian, keep me updated on all the essential things to get to the date smoothly. And best of all, the crew that installed my fence was superb. Thank you, Tom, Smitty, Mike, and Zack. They did a spectacular job. They were friendly and showed us all we needed to know about the quality materials and their highest professional installation methods.

Didn’t get past the first phone call. The lady on the phone insisted that the sales rep meet with me and my husband. It’s 2018 and woman can make decisions on there own! I told her he was out of the country and she still wanted him on the phone for the meeting. What! I felt like she was into selling used cars ( nothing wrong with that). I told her that he would tell me to find someone else and then I hung up.

They were very professional and were willing to work with me on any changes that I suggested. We resolved problem areas that were contentious with respectful discussion.
