His price was well under the other quote that I got. He did a really good job. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
Description of Work: He intalled a ramp from the steps into the garage. He also did some ceiling work in my house.

He first removed wallpaper which had been in place for over 20 years. Then, he snaded and prepped the walls with joint compound (I believe) and the primed it with a paint primer. One large area had contact paper (!!) as wallpaper. The could not be removed without completely redoing the drywall and so he covered it with joint compound , sanded and primed it also. He also installed a new vent fan in a bathroom. All work was very well done. Moreover, he came when he said he would and worked a Sunday to insure meeting my schedule.
Description of Work: Ralph did an outstanding job of removing wallpaper and prepping my condo for painting with primer and patching compound. The work exceeded my expectations and the unit was cleaned up completely when he left.
