It went great! Jeff Butler recommended Hydro-Scouts to locate the leak, which they did. Jeff came over the same day after another job. It was late afternoon on December 22, just before Christmas. Faced with giant roots, Jeff dug his way to the pipe and repaired it perfectly. I am sure it took longer than anticipated, but he just got to work and got the job DONE! Very impressive. We would hire him again in a heartbeat1

Excellent. We hired plumbers twice before, presented them with blueprints showing the layout of pipes, including location of clean outs. Butler Plumbing was the only company that was able to read the blueprints and find the clean out for the kitchen sink. They opened the drain and ensured that the problem was solved.

Found a leak under my sink. Called Jeff in the early a.m. He said he would come by and give me an estimate in the p.m. or the next morning. He called a little before 5 p.m. the same day and said he could come by & take a look. I thought he might have to remove the dishwasher since it had been installed directly under the sink by some bright builder. He didn't. He shimmed his way under through a small side cabinet. He said he could fix it right then if I wanted. I wanted. About 20 minutes later and he was done and it was fixed. I am a happy camper. Thank you Jeff Butler!

All repair/replacement of parts went very well, with one original flapper valve not sealing against valve seat. Tom B. tried another flapper valve which sealed the tank preventing more expensive repair actions. Very satisfied with the effort to find a lower cost solution to the problem. I recommend Butler Plumbing Services to anyone at anytime.

After they left, I remembered I had forgotten to ask to have the ice maker hooked up To my surprise and delight, about an hour and a half later, I heard ice drop!! Recommend extremely highly! Jeff and his son Ben came the same day I called. My washer has been backing up into my kitchen sink. Jeff and Ben ran the washer through the cycles to try and replicate the problem. Sadly, they were unable to and offered to run the snake but recommended waiting to see if it happens again. My charges for their half an hour troubleshooting? Nothing! WOW, honest and fair - love dealing with local small businessmen. Thanks guys. You are my go to plumbers from now on.

First I must say he was early. That never happens. The toilet in my kids bathroom would not flush. He snaked it, plunged it and let me know that he may have to take the toilet off completely and that would be a different charge. I mention this because he explained everything as he went. There were no surprises. However before him and his son removed the toilet, they worked for 30 minutes trying to remove the clog. When it was clear the only route to go was to remove the toilet they did just that and even discussed possibly having to purchase a new one. Again, no surprises. Once the toilet was removed they worked another 30 minutes and finally removed a small clear gel cap from the S curve. They put everything back together, cleaned up and even worked late on a Friday night to ensure my kids bathroom worked properly. Absolutely would I recommend them and use them again should I need to. The were prompt, professional and honest. Thank you Butler Plumber family owned and operated for doing a great job!

They came on time, and were friendly. Competitive price. Located the restriction and cleared it. Also determined how far out from the house the blockage was. Then located the pipe so we know where it is routed.

I called at 8:30 am after finding on Angie's List and reading some very positive reviews. Jeff answered the phone on the 2nd ring...always a good sign. I was given a quote, a time of arrival and he actually arrived about 90 min earlier than expected, which was fantastic! Jeff and Ben were courteous, knowledgeable about the issue and got right to work fixing the problem. I was educated on some potential issues with our kitchen sink plumbing. They were here about 90 minutes. Butler Plumbing will be my go to plumber from now on. Great service, affordable price and he will come back at no charge if the sink clogs up again in the next 30 days. A Total WIN!!

I called about 9:30 in the morning and was given a price by Jeff. He said he would be heading my way that same day and could stop by. He called and said he was on the way about 11:30. He fixed the toilet for the same price he quoted over the phone. He was very nice, was very quick, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use this company again.
