The Green House Nursery

I hired Perfect pools/Greenhouse Nursery for an outdoor patio, kitchen, and pool. 22 months later no pool no patio and no kitchen no plants. The work that was done was so bad it all needed to be removed, they took my money and bought the cheapest materials and charged me for premium products. Never would return calls or emails, just lies, lies, lies….If you love your home and back yard don’t hire these people- VERY BAD company and petty people.

They were very professional and came on schedule and trees are doing well.

They called to cancel the appointment 5 minutes before the appointment time. We had confirmed this appointment time the day before and left work early to meet with Justin. They did not give a good reason or say that he was running late due to another job etc...just that he needed to reschedule. Very inconvenient!

We have purchased sod, potting soil (the best!!), builders dirt, gravel, stones, flowers, palms, shrubs and trees over a few years time. We did all the work ourselves for front and back gardens. Justin & family are friendly and courteous and know their plants. They have a wide variety of offerings and they made some great suggestions. They have a large nursery to stroll and choose. Highly recommended!!

They're excellent. They do beyond getting the work done to my satisfaction. They are courteous, timely and very professional. I was very happy with the outcome.

We've been a customer of GHN for several years, but this review is mainly from my experience this year with putting in a brick paver patio in our backyard. And the main reason I'm giving 5-Stars is because the quality of their brick pavers was FAR superior to anything that Lowes and Home Depot sell. And if I factor in the price of GHN's pavers compared to those big box stores, the "value" in this purchase was also far superior. The problem with the big box pavers, compared to GHN's is, they are inconsistent in thickness, they are thinner in general (even their top of the line), and the selection and variety/design is less than GHN. And that is one of the nice things about buying from the GHN, they seem to have everything your need for landscaping. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And you don't have to spend a lot of time waiting for someone to help you. In general, I thing we're (people in that area) are very fortunate to have this business for our landscaping needs.

Due to a repair on my property I needed new pavers to replace a new rooftop deck. They worked VERY h****** multiple occasions to find the Tremron pavers that I needed. Then when I needed more they again worked very hard to quickly find more. My order was relatively small but they treated me with professionalism and promptness. When it is so hard to find helpful people these days----I was THRILLED with their customer service.

Overall experience was terrible. After requesting a quote, it took quite a while to get a call back to set up an appointment, then after getting a quote and accepting the proposal in writing, weeks went by with no calls or returned calls from messages left. Finally, after agreeing that the work would start on Saturday, we got the wrong pavers delivered, then two more weeks went by with no calls or returned calls from messages. After about two months after I requested the original quote, I had to give up and cancel the work altogether. Justin was the company representative and while he seems like a nice guy, he does not communicate with his customers.

I don't have a lot of experience hiring landscapers, but the Greenhouse crew were GREAT. Justin Green is the owner, and he runs a nice operation. My wife and I shopped around and got several quotes from a few other landscapers before going with Greenhouse Nursery for the job. After Justin and one of his guys walked the property they got a quote to us in about a day. Their price was really reasonable for the job - about the same as one of the other offers and much lower than the other two. They worked with us to pick out the pavers and gave us some nice tips about plants that would work for our yard. We needed to have a tree removed (Gator Tree Service is fantastic by the way) and mark a gas line before the patio pavers could be installed, and the guys from Greenhouse worked directly with the tree service and GRU to coordinate their work and make sure the site was prepped the right way. In the end, that probably saved us a lot of hassle, which I appreciated. A big crew of guys prepped the site in one morning, which included removing an old deck, grading the site, and adding fill and rocks for drainage. A smaller crew installed the pavers over the next 2-3 days (the weather wasn't so great, which slowed down the job) and built two paver steps to our house. What an amazing transformation of the space!! The fence went up right after the patio was installed, and the site was left very clean and tidy. Overall, the price was right, the job was done quickly, and our patio and fence looked amazing!! We are completely happy with the work and would recommend Greenhouse Nursery to anyone.
