They found a tripped circuit in an area of the home that we were not aware of... it was easy but they are coming back to fix some other concerns too.

The work they did was amazing but they quoted me for 350 for mounting my TV and adding an outlet behind. Once the job was all done they handed me a bill of over 500. I was not happy with that and talked to the owner and he came down to 450, which I still do not think was fair for me to pay. All in all I Waikiki get the price in writing before having them start any work for you.

They were in and out in very little time. The work cost me about $180 which was no surprise. I would hire them again.

Was replacing fluorescent under cabinet lighting with LEDs. The office misunderstood, thinking I already had the lights, & 2 men appeared the next day ready to install. I purchased the lights later that day after receiving a recommendation & they were installed 3 business days later. They were prompt , clean & courteous.

They must have plenty of work because they made an appointment several days in the future. But having plenty of work is a good sign!

Blackwell provides fast and great service! I have had them out to my house now twice and am very happy. The last time we were installing a fan when the husband fell off of the ladder and broke his wrist on a Thursday. I had family coming in that weekend and Blackwell made it out on Friday in time before family arrived. Prices are fair and everyone at the company is professional, honest and nice. Highly recommend.

They did what they were hired to do but in the meantime they broke other things and did not take any responsibly for it just left as nothing happen.

Post Irma got home Tuesday after volunteering in a Evac shelter and the meter and mast torn off house when power pole snapped. Knew GRU wouldn't hook me up until fixed by electrician. Called Blackwell Electric and I couldn't believe it but they came out that day and fixed the problem and utilized what they could of what was left of my outlet, thereby saving me over $150 from their original estimate. Great job done at a good price.

Blackwell Electric, LLC were awesome! They worked around my schedule, which is unheard of anymore. Their rates are very reasonable. Their electrical staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. I could not have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend their services and will use them again should I need any electrical work.

They were prompt to respond to my inquiry, and quickly scheduled an appointment. They were on time to the appointment and very polite. They replaced outdoor light fixtures and installed an outdoor ceiling fan and everything works great.

After arranging appointment long-distance, hearing horror stories of "no shows", I was delighted that Blackwell was there, waiting, when I arrived. Owner took the time to walk me through the house, examine all electricals, discuss what needed to be done now to come up to code, what could be done in the future. Gave me a detailed quote. The town would not turn the power on and give me certificate until the work was done and inspected. Owner (and town) called - on schedule - and I'm move in ready. Office staff friendly and cooperative. Terrific people to work with, and I'll be calling again when I'm ready for the extras.

When I discovered my problem & called Blackwell Electric LLC, the owner came out on Labor Day & disabled the outlet & electrical switch until I could have my repairs made that were causing my issues. I will be calling him back when everything is done to finish his electrical repairs. I will use him again. I would also recommend him to anyone needing electrical repairs, he does excellent work.
