He came on a Wed. afternoon. We agreed on us ordering the pump needed and having it overnighted so he could install it on Friday. This spatub is in a vacation rental Suite & I had guests coming Sunday, wanting it done before their arrival. I get a call late Friday with an excuse of they didn't ship it & he will have to reorder Monday. Not happy but what can you do. Informed my guest that there now will be an interuption of their stay with a repair man. Monday AM I get a call and he now needs to go to the room to get the part # again as he didn't write it down & the company who he aledgedly ordered from had no record of it. Have to call guest and tell them he needs to enter the unit. Thursday AM rolls around, no word so I text him as to what is going on. He said he will fix it between 3 & 5 that day. I have a guest I need to give a heads up on any time someone needs to enter the unit & again I have to give the guest a very last minute notice. He said he was going to return the extra $45 it cost for the overnight shipping that never happened. I have yet to see or hear about it again, so am NOT holding my breath. The actual installation took no time. I have not yet seen the job done so can't say the quality yet. Have asked 3 times for the invoice and not gotten that yet either.

Bath tub jet switch changed fast in and out 25 minutes.best service and price in Florida.we can now sell and sleep. Who.

The gentleman was very good fixed a nagging problem with air in my pool system several others could not fix.

They repaired a leak in my return jets for my pool. The did an excellent professional job at a fair price.

Response was almost as soon as I sent the inquiry. He came when he said ....called when traffic caused a delay, explained everything and returned and installed new heat pump as planned and we were back to using spa within the hour . New heat pump is so quiet in comparison, wish we had done it sooner. We will call them for any future pool/spa projects.

The service was outstanding. I knew we had problems but I didn't know to what extent. They were very thorough and explained every thing that was needed and gave me an itemized estimate. They completed all the work and all problems were solved. They could not have been more accommodating.
