They are TERRIBLE! Caused more damage and repaired nothing. Would not respond to any of my emails, calls, etc. Just continued to send invoices each month. Finally after a year of sending the invoices and ignoring my replies, they just stopped sending emails. Then a year later, they sent invoices again. They have no customer service and can't even do the work correctly. I would not recommend using them for anything, EVER.
Description of Work: Needed tub faucet/diverter. Instead they broke my drain stopper, and my spout and couldn't do the work requested. Kitchen sink needed the leaky (minor drips) drain to be replaced, and I already had the part. They broke the sink clips and my entire kitchen faucet so that they said I had to buy a new faucet, and then the new faucet leaked and the drain they fixed, leaked (while I was away for a weekend) and flooded under my sink and rotted out my cabinet floor. I had to have someone else come and replace the sink, faucet and drain along with some of the drain pipes (because they repaired incorrectly).

They did a great job and were very responsive when I had a small issue that came up. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them.
Description of Work: They hooked up plumbing to the washer and put new valves on that. They also put in a new hot water tank and replaced the water valves to my kitchen sink. They fixed my sink drains, put in new drains, and put in new pipes and put in new faucets.

I had them replace my old water heater and fix some leaks in the bathroom. I had called around to a bunch of places and couldn't find anyone, but Tyler Plumbing was able to get someone out that day. Dan was very friendly, professional and showed up when he said he would. They went above and beyond and even gave me some advice on some plumbing updates I'm considering. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Very responsive. You call and he's back with you within 3-4 hrs and arrives on-site within 24 hrs depending on the situation. Good follow-up and service. I haven't ran into any issues with them after work is completed.

They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast, which was great since I was going out of town. James was really nice and professional and did a great job. I will definitely be calling them if I have issues in the future.
