Scott, John and their crew were professionals. They listened to our needs and concerns and worked with us to provide us with the landscaping design we wanted. Their prices are fair and competitive. The work crew knew what they needed to do and were careful not to damage any existing curbing or grass. Any damaged grass was replaced with new sod at no cost. All tear outs of plants and trees were cleaned up and removed. Scott came by each day to make sure we were OK with their work and was open to any changes we wanted to make to the original plans. Overall, we could not be any more pleased with their performance or the final results. We would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their service again.

It's not a lot but it's Zoysia grass so it's expensive. They are friendly and on time.

othI had to call John back to look at a few of the heads I had to call and find out when they were going to lay the sod(about 1200 sq ft). They laid the sod. John came over and set the sprinkler system for daily watering. No instructions as to when to discontinue or what to do if it rained. I called less than a month later indicating a large portion in the back did not look well and part on front didn't look we'll. he assured me he would come look at it. I also had called my lawn spray company and they came out right away and sprayed for fungus. I went out of town for 1.5 week and when I got back it was worse. He had not come to look at it. I called again. He came out and had a friend of his who owned a lawn spray company come out to see what he could do. I paid for that service. The area completely died off. I called the company and they sent a different tech who fixed one of the sprinkler heads in the front. He indicated that is why the sod died. He indicated the area near my mailbox that died did not have appropriate irrigation to sustain it. I told him his company had been hired specifically fix that issue prior to installation of the sod. I asked that they come back and fix that issue even if I had to pay for the additional pipe installation. That was the last I heard. I called the company multiple times and was only able to speak to the receptionist who was obviously there to defer my calls. I was told the owner would call me he never did. I called and asked the owner to call me which he never did. I then had my assistant call several times. No one ever returned calls and ultimately I was told the sod was not guaranteed. So the 800 sq feet of sod lays dead in the yard and has since grown in primarily with weeds. This company obviously does not back up its work nor were responsive to calls. In addition to those things I asked for a water access to be brought down to the bak of the yard and be placed behind the tree in a mulched area. It was put in between the trees in plain view in a grassy area. I was told they could not put it where I requested secondary to tree roots.
Description of Work: They were to fix and install any irrigation pipes and heads to ensure complete lawn coverage especially for areas they were going to sod
