Ben went over and above working on our project! We initially hired Ben to install flooring in a home we were are selling. His work exceeded our expectations. Communication was key since we were managing the work from 1200 miles away. He kept us informed of his progress and kept us within budget. He was also able to do a few other projects that came up in the home inspection. Would highly recommend him for your flooring or handyman services!

Ben did a fine job on the tile replacement and helped us with cleaning tiles in another part of the house. Highly remmended.

I cannot thank Ben enough for the top-shelf customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and the superior outcome. First, I shared the objective for how we wanted to update the flooring with Ben and he patiently (on multiple occasions) walked us through options at a variety of price points. After deciding to replace our tile with vinyl plank flooring, he knowledgeably walked us through the process. We are so impressed by the quality of the work that he has done! Not to mention, his willingness to go above/beyond by joggling multiple changes thanks to product delays and having to make product substitutions. Not only that, but he did a plethora of other jobs that we needed help with: installing fixtures, curtain rods, grouting, installing floating night stands, and building beds to name just a few. He is truly talented and able to think on his feet when needing to come up with creative solutions for issues that arise. He is definitely our go-to guy from now on.

Ben was absolutely wonderful to work with! We have a very tight timeline for our project and chose a smaller patterned tile which was something that require a lot of attention to detail and skill. Not only did Ben get the job done on time but he gave us a great price and the floor looks even better than we could have imagined. Not only did Ben do a great job with the install, but he also listened and understood what I would and wouldn't like. He was very patient with me while I tried to figure out which tile floor would look best in the kitchen with the existing vinyl floors transitioning from the family room. He even made suggestions and did some rework in a small area in the kitchen when the initial tile I picked didn't look great with the existing floors. He knew I wanted the same flooring throughout and encouraged me not to settle for what I didnt want. He sent pictures during the install to make sure I was ok with the look and design. His work is very good and he checked in to make sure things were looking the way we wanted. We went with tile in the enclosed patio area and it looks amazing too. Ben did great, and I'm very satisfied with the floors.
