The Yes Man (Bill) provided credentials and references upon first meeting. He quoted the job in line with expectations and was hired to complete giving a 5-7 day time frame. His team was polite and respectful, they completed the job in 5 days. He even installed a new doorbell and new door hardware at no charge. The work was done well. I will use him again for future projects and recommend him to others.

someone or something forced my side garage door open, damaging the door frame. bill came out to examine it, purchased some wood to replace part of the door frame, and repaired the door. he did a very good job. in addition, he purchased and installed a mailbox for me. i am very satisfied with his work and would hire the company again.

Projects were completed in a timely manner, per specs and crews were headed up by a very detailed and competent leader. Have and quot; insideand quot; work to be done in May and some more landscaping to done in a few weeks. Have a new neighbor ( complete renovation) and they have hired The Yes Man for several projects.

It Went perfectly, expertly, and efficiently...Have been using Mr. Bill Laclaire for over 12 years and everything he ever did for us was awesome. He returns calls for service promptly and he or his wife follow up in a timely manner. He is prompt and his workers that I have had the experience with were excellent especially his son in law, Matt....He has done extensive work for us and I have made a new list of things for them to do for 2014. DRIVEWAY LOOKS GREAT AND LANAI LOOKS GREAT. THEY MOVED ALL FURNITURE OUT OF LANAI AND PORTICO AND PUT IT BACK NICELY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD FINISH. VERY SATISFIED . DID NOT GET AN ESTIMATE FIRST OR COMPARABLE ESTIMATES. HAVE USED THEM FOR 10 YEARS FOR MOST HANDY WORK IN AND AROUND THE HOUSE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COURTEOUS AND PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL AND DO THEIR WORK EFFICIENTLY AND IT IS ALWAYS A GOOD JOB.

He's excellent and he's only been out once to do work for me. The owner's second name is Laclaire. He did an excellent job. I don't remember how much he charged me for the services but it was very reasonable. I had a very positive experience in working with him. He came when he said he was going to. He did the work in a timely manner. He didn't do it in one day though. The people that worked with him were really good about cleaning up after themselves when they were done. Everything just looked beautiful. I will absolutely use his services again in the future.
