Sunshine Seamless Gutters

Nothing this company represented was done. For the estimate on the job, the young lady showed up late and I had to contact her to see if she was coming at the appointment time. Once I accepted the estimate, I was told the service could be done by a certain date. Several days before that date, I was contacted to tell me that the date would be extended to be done by a certain date. As that date approached, I contacted the company to see if they intended to do the work. I was never contacted by them again. I finally sent a message that if I didn't hear from them by a certain date I would be making arrangements with another company. I never heard from them and am now trying to make arrangements for the work with someone else.

I have tried to contact this business on several occasions (on their website and left phone messages), however they must not need any new business. They have FAILED to contact me. Unprofessional!

Sunshine Seamless is a class organization. The response to my contacts was very prompt and provided the needed information The installers, Paul and Richard arrived at the scheduled time and wasted no time getting started on the job. They had to remove my old 5” gutters and downspouts, then install new 6” seamless gutters and the leaf protectors. The work was completed in approximately 2 hours in a very professional manner. When the work was completed they did an excellent job of cleaning up, ensuring every little scrap was picked up and hauled away. They were very knowledgeable and passed on to me a few good tips. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the material. I would recommend Sunshine Seamless and would call them again if I need their service.

I was referred to them by my brother. They did a wonderful job on my brother's house. First I called and left a message to set up an estimate. I never got a call back. I called a week later and got an excuse that they couldn't hear my phone number on the message. OK, fair enough. I set up an appointment for 7:30AM on a Monday morning. They never showed up or called. Still haven't heard from them since. I was late to work because I waited half an hour just in case they were running late. Very dissapointing. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Again, such a shame, because they did a good job at my brother's house.

Terrific service! I needed new gutters and old gutters replaced. Paul was at my house for a free estimate right on time and scheduled me for two days later. He did an excellent job and the new gutters look beautiful. I had some problem areas that flooded with heavy rain, and these are now much better. Paul and Michelle were professional, quick, provided me with some great advise and tips, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Highly recommended.
