Mr. Schmidt told me on two occasions that we would meet at my home at a specific time and date.. He failed to show up without the courtesy of a call re delay or any other reason, etc.

Schmidt did a good job once he finally showed up and did the work Several appointments were made where he failed to show up without prior notice Including the last one where he made appointment for final testing and being paid No show again and decided to show up literally 3 weeks later demanding payment As a result, despite a quality job , I would not use Schmidts again for sprinkler work

I called a month ago the office phone. The overall conversation is fine and professional. My well isn't providing water. Is the well clogged? or is it the valves from the well to the pump? I also asked about having reclaimed water hooked up since both of my neighbors had to switch due to their wells being dry. Schmidt's said that reclaimed water becomes expensive in the long run since they keep raising prices. I'd rather have the well tested first. Schmidt's offered to come and test the well for $85, then go from there. I thought it was awesome the company allows you to text your info instead of dictating over the phone. :) However, I texted their office number (oops). After 2 weeks of not hearing back from them, I realized my mistake. I texted their cell phone this time, and I got a confirmation text "got it". It's been two weeks now, and I haven't had any news.

They were very professional and hardworking. They did a pretty nice job on the well. They were very conscientious about what they had to do and they cleaned up properly. They did a great job. I don't have anyone to compare their price to because I didn't shop around.
