When you sent us the email you stated that you wanted a contractor to handle partial exterior painting and you would supply the paint. This information was forwarded to Sam, owner of Sam's Painting, we apologize for not further explaining in a written reply that we purchase certain paint products that we can guarantee lasting results that will perform in our Florida climate. Guaranteeing labor is also difficult when portions of a home are painted by the homeowner. Once again, we sincerely apologize for not communicating this clearly to you by email. Sam Saglibene

The work completed for the soffits and gables was in September 2013. We contacted the customer immediately when the review was posted regarding the statement for gable color. The customer did not contact us to tell us this. (member name removed) stated that he was very satisfied, we did a good job and felt it was because it was the sunny side of the house and there was nothing we could do about that, he also said he has referred us to others. We always want to be sure we have done everything we possibly can to provide excellent service.
