 + -1 moreWhen we wanted to extend the 1 year lease until the purchase of our house was completed, there was no difficulty. The agreement proposed by Ocean Properties regarding a partial last month were very fair from the start, no need to haggle! Well done!
Description of Work: Ocian Properties found a furnished rental waterfront condo for six weeks and then found a furnished townhouse to lease for a year. The we extended that lease for 3-4 months. We used this time to get to know the area with the end goal of finding a house to buy to avoid northern winters. Everything went well, they found the units needed very quickly, 1-2 days. They have a very large inventory. Any problems with the units requiring repairs were handled by them very quickly and with as little disturbance to us as possible.

 + 0 moreThe shower pan in one bathroom developed a leak. It was repaired quickly and in line with our schedule. Very little disruption for us considering the nature of the repair.
Description of Work: We came down from New England for a two month stay in New Smyrna Beach FL; near time to return, we wanted to stay and establish a base to find a permanent second home in the area. They found, with in tow days, a very satisfactory furnished townhouse to lease for 12 month; at the end arranged an extension for an additional 3 months. During that time we became familiar with the central FL Atlantic coast communities. Our goal was to then find a place to purchase, which we did. Their service for any questions or repairs to the unit were very quickly and professionally handled. We now have a beautiful home on a 1+ acre lot on the Inter-coastal Waterway.
