This is my first experience with a lawn care service. The quality of work was beyond what I expected. The customer service was top notch. I am extremely happy!

The work is uneven. By this I mean I cannot assume I will love what I see every time. I feel I know when they are rushed; things will be missed or not done to completeness. And, when they are not, I have been very satisfied. You should know, the Owner is genuinely concerned for the quality of the work, and if you voice your displeasure he is quick to address. We are a new relationship and learning. I believe ultimately we will be a good fit.

The guys broke my water meter cover and the grass is getting cut too low. Then, two weeks ago, they showed up to do my lawn and ran the edger and blower. My wife and I sat there the whole time and no one ever cut the grass that week but I was billed for it as if it took place. So, there's the third strike. It's time to do the lawn myself.

They did follow-up phone calls to determine my satisfaction after the work was done, not just by the office, but also the person who actually did the work. Unfortunately, I couldn't give him much feedback because I hadn't yet received the before and after pictures they provide. However, I have now, and everything looks great!
