When I got home that evening, my yard was perfect. The grass was cut clean, without the lumped up grass everywhere. The sticks were removed from the ground where they had fallen from the trees. My driveway was spotless, which made me happy. All those leaves just fall and make it look tacky. They were very sociable on the phone, and very easy to talk with. Almost as if they were a friend of mine. I easily set up a plan for when to cut my grass, and had no issues with their work.

The sod quality was very good, installers were excellent and the office staff was top notch. Salesman dropped the ball on some things promised in the sales pitch. (Imagine that), to the installers. Installers handled it professionally and quickly.

Follow up is fabulous. They definitely do what they say when they promise. My lawn looks great!

they do not mulch.it look,s like they r harvesting hay and thats the way theu left it next day they sent someone by to rake it up goog .the next time no mulch again and they used a blower to take all the pine needles and al trash from the drive way but it on the cut lawn!

Still too early to tell

I needed someone to come quickly to do a 1 time mow and they were the first to respond. They fit me into their schedule the same day as the request and came in the middle of the afternoon and not at the end of the day which I would have expected since my request was last minute.

Friendly personnel, they respond quickly to all calls,and showed up when they said they would. Installed sod professionally, and Drew pointed out some things that he felt might merit our attention. Very pleased overall.

They did a great job. Very Professional and efficient.

After the completion of the job there were gaps and unevenness in the side and it needed some serious rolling to try to flatten it out so you wouldn't break you leg walking across it. To this day, it was rolled but it was done by hand and it isn't acceptable. It is hard to water the grass without risking breaking a leg or ankle. Totally unsatisfied with the whole job.

Sod installers cut small pieces for small gaps and left exposed roots. Sod was not fully green. Next week there were many brown spots though we watered twice per day for 30-45minutes. Two responses for service were swift but left me unsatisfied with the answers. Advice was to wait.

Very professional. Installed sod per estimate. Price was much lower than competition. Sod is growing well. Very pleased with the results.
