 + -1 moreThey were very friendly and went into great detail how their product and service and various specialized workers would be able to solve our leak problem. They showed up as scheduled and were generally easy to reach when we had questions. They worked around our schedule well, but once we realized the end result was a complete failure, they would not communicate with them. (We failed to pursue them because we are too busy all the time)
Description of Work: Knox Painting and Waterproofing came to seal a brick exterior against water intrusion by re-pointing mortar, i.e., replacing mortar where needed, caulking and then coating with a penetrating type of clear seal. They guaranteed that it would not leak after their work was done. The leak continued just as before and they would not return our phone calls, returned our mail and generally would not stand behind their work.
