They were very polite, professional, and respectful of me and my time. I have had no problems with the unit since then.

+ -1 more.Their honesty was so outstanding. They had such a reasonable rate.
Description of Work: .They were her in October and then one time after that. We had some kind of a sensor go bad and though the air conditioner needed to be replaced. They looked at it and showed us the piece that needed replaced. It saved us a couple of thousand that we thought we were going to have to spend.

+ -1 moreWhen I called they offered to come the same day. We were busy, so could not do it until the next day. When he came we really expected to have to replace the entire air conditioner. We even told them when we called that it was broken. When he checked out the air conditioner he found it was a very simple fix. He only had to replace the dual capacitor. It took him about 5 minutes to locate the problem and about 10 minutes to fix it. We got off with only a bill for $124 instead of thousands! It really pays to deal with honest people. We HIGHLY recommend this company! We will certainly use them again when the need arises - and in Florida you really need to have the air working.
