 + 0 moreSuperb customer service by all very knowledgeable staff. All problems immediately tended to and repaired remotely except for replacement of a hard drive at a reduced cost. ITS provided a complete refubished computer system at a very low cost to a needy family member's two students which allowed them to continue ot maintain "A" averages.
Description of Work: ITSt troubleshoots and repairs all ongoing computer problems on a weekly basis or daily basis for two computers on an annual service contract.
