Very poor First I wasn't home when he came by only my wife was. There was a remote control devise on the wire that he fixed. he told my wife that part of the timer was no good .After I questioned him over the phone the next day he said he didn't realize it was a remote control devise and since I had already discarded it I had to buy a new one. Second I called the company to have someone come back since half of the yard lights were not working I was told someone would be at my home the next day. No one showed up or called. The following day I received a call on my cell that the same electrician was at my home and that he checked the timer for the lights that were not working and he said the timer was not working and might be defective. I went to the lighting company that I bought the timer from and after testing it it worked fine. So now half my lights are still not working and I was billed $145.00. plus $15.00 for a new remote and my problem is not yet resolved.

The people at Harrison Electric know what they are doing; they are knowledgeable.

He responded very quickly to my service call, and was very efficient.
