Description of Work: We remodeled our home in early 2015 and Diversified Flooring (DF) supplied kitchen cabinets and countertops as well as ceramic tile flooring for the entire house. After installation and cleanup, it was discovered that the finish on the tile was glaringly inconsistent. Our dream remodel turned into a nightmare due to the lack of cooperation from DF in resolving this issue. For several months we lived with the prospect of tearing up all flooring in our home and had little recourse but to work directly with the manufacturer and ultimately involve an attorney in order to obtain replacement product and installation - a 5 month ordeal! In the end, the manufacturer took care of everything despite DF's continued resistance. BEWARE, it's all cheery with Diversified Flooring until you have a problem!!

+ -1 moreiIt went extremely well. They arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule.... Moved a LOT of furniture, took out the old carpeting, installed the new, vacuumed everything and replaced all 3 rooms of furniture. This was all done without breaks and in far less time than I thought they'd need. All done ahead of time and with a smile; a good experience.
Description of Work: provided carpet and installation for 3 rooms in our house.
