He continues to do a very through job of looking for trouble areas on the inside and outside of our properties. No rushing, just to get done. He calls ahead and is always on time. I really appreciate the good old fashion service.
Description of Work: Follow up on previous review. Courtesy Pest Control continues to provide excellent service for inside and outside the home. He is always on time and calls ahead. I am very pleased with how he explains everything he is doing and any problem areas. I highly recommend this pest control company.

Description of Work: I called Courtesy Pest Control because I was having a problem with fleas in my home. Chuck was very knowledgeable and explained everything he wanted to do to end my problem. He sprayed my entire home and explained how the spray would work on both living and unborn flea eggs. Was a very polite and friendly man. Will not call another man do to the job but Chuck!

 + -1 moreHired Courtesy Pest Services to do the inside of some rental property we have as the tenets have pets. Mr. Hoffman was out the same day and did a through inspection and then showed us what he found and what service he recommended. There was no hard sell or you should do this or that. We had him treat the inside of house and around outside. He did a very good job and explained everything he was doing and how it would help. We had set up an appointment time and not only was he on time, he called 10 minutes before showing up to advise us he was on the way. I consider that a real plus. I was impressed by the fact he did not try to sell us the sun and everything under it as most big companies do. He went right to work and knew his business. We have since hired him to do our personal residence also and i would highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: Insect problem at rental property, Ant and Flea's. After a complete inspection of every room, crack and crevasse he advised us what should be done to help. House was treated thoroughly by Mr. Hoffman inside and out. Have had no problems since and there was no smell from product used. We have since agreed to have Courtesy to continue treating that property and our own home as well.
