Ken arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work checking the computer. He quickly determined a function had frozen and would not allow connection to internet.. He corrected the problem and made a few more checks to ensure every thing else was operating properly. He then installed a program "Team Viewer" that enables them to connect to the computer from their office and correct problems remotely. The next day a minor problem appeared and Joyce called about it and by using the "Team Viewer" program corrected the problem in very few minutes. I am very happy with service and professionalism they provide and will use then in the future.

badly. This company sucks. They charged a ridiculous amount of money and could get the job done. Then they continued to say the hard drive was bad, them the mother board was bad and on and on... until the cost was so outrageous.. they dont' know crap about modern technology. It's obvious that all they care about is what they can sucker you out of in terms of money...computer A has been ripping off new Smyrna beach since 1998...

Ken arrived on time and immediately went to work to find the problem. He quickly determined the wireless adapter that was in use would not support Win 10. He quickly removed the old one and installed the replacement. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The cost was very reasonable-less than I had anticipated. I was very pleased with the entire dealings with them and will definitely use them again if I need computer work in the future.

Provided service at my home. Showed up on time. Made appropriate recommendations. Got my desktop laptop and smartphone all working on my network. Cleaned up the registry on the desktop computer it now boots up in two thirds of the time it used to. He also got my home internet phone system working.

. I had it disconnected so I took it to them. They opened it up and looked at it right away. It looked like the mother board could be bad. They also found three capacitors that were blown. The said they co try replacing them, but the board could still be bad. I said lets try it. They called the next day and said it was ready. They said they found more capacitors that were bad and replaced them. Everything worked fine. Cost, $125.00. They said I had a lot of junk files on it could clean it up for a total of $170.00. I said do it and picked it up the next day. It works great.

I have used them for years and the tech, Ed, is just wonderful. His knowledge is fantastic, and very easy to work with. All is great with new system!

Just like it was supposed to. I will use them again for any computer issues I may have in the future.

The technician, Alex, did an excellent job, and was very prompt. He completed the requested work in four days. I was very pleased with the results, and can definitely recommend this provider. They really know their stuff!!!!!

I called them and explained what was going on. They said they could come to my residence or I could drop it off. I dropped it off and it was ready the next day.

They did it real quick. I felt I could have found somebody locally or closer. I have 8 computers and I don’t use them all at the same time. I wanted to give one to my brother and I didn’t want to give it to him with a virus, so I took it down and they did everything they needed to do. It is a small company. It is just 2 guys and an office manager. They are fine.
