Description of Work: I wanted to purchase new vertical blinds for our condo. Julie was very professional and had nice samples that she showed us for our use. However, when she left, she said that we would receive a quote within 24 hours. It has now been over 1 1/2 weeks since she was at our condo and still no quote. When I called and talked to Marianne, she said we would get a quote as soon as possible but that they were very busy with quotes. I guess they are too busy for new customers. I have now returned up north for a few weeks and will be returning in December. I wanted to have new vertical blinds by Christmas. Since they were not forthcoming, I had to go with a competitor who is able to service our needs. I am truly disappointed in their unresponsiveness for our business.

 + -1 moreJulie and Marianne at Coastal Shutters are the best! I wasn't sure what kind of window treatments I wanted, but they were super patient and showed me several different options and loads of fabric/color samples. They were super friendly, not pushy and really know their products. Once I had narrowed down my choices, Julie came out to the house to measure the windows and allowed me to see the fabric samples "in situ." Since I ordered an item that was a bit unusual, it took about 2 weeks before they were ready to install. Their installer showed up on time and had the drapes hung in a jiffy. My windows look great and I wouldn't hesitate to use Coastal Shutters again in the future!
Description of Work: We had woven wood draperies installed in our living room and dining room.
