+ -1 moreMy Bowen sized up both problems quickly and made the necessary repairs without any problems. As noted, we and others had attempted to fix these issues without success, but the repairs done in this visit have lasted for months, without incident. We are very pleased.
Description of Work: We had two dysfunctional toilets. One failed to flush completely, and the second seemed to be continuing to run after flushing. Visits by prior plumbers had led to repair efforts, which were unsuccessful. We obtained Mr. Bowen's name from an organization we both belong to, and we called him to repair the repairs.
